An update, I just came back from another casino from northern california. The game was double deck blackjack, 3:2, double on 9,10,11 only, DAS, no RSA, no surr (house edge of .52). The rules were very disappointing compared to the casino I've played in Vegas. The game was played face down, which was a frown and they did not allow mid-shoe entry.
